Global uniqueness
Description
Global uniqueness - a tool of service, allows you to limit transitions for some links with a certain mask, which are entered into the database. This database will not be published anywhere and used by the program server to distinguish transitions between these masks. For each globally unique mask rule works: not to make the transition to the same IP-address more than once for N hours. Or within N hours to issue the mask to make the transition M times independently on the time between transitions or depending on the time between transitions.
Example
If you enable this option, then those users who have also enabled this setting, will receive clicks in the task with a mask from the same IP, however, these IP will not get to perform tasks of those who did not enable this option(ie IP addresses are not mixed).
