Size range in the IP subnet

Description

Size range in the IP subnet - parameter that affects the size of the range of IP addresses in the subnet in which IP addresses will be considered as the ones from the same subnet (P addresses from the same subnet will not perform the task for IP unique-period).

Properties

Min value Max value
4 24

Additionally

The higher the number - the greater the number of IP addresses will be in the same subnet, and hence the lower the number of IP addresses can perform the building, and vice versa: the smaller the value of subnet range, the more IP addresses can perform tasks.

Examples

  1. Parameters
    1. size of the IP range in subnet - 11.
  2. Conditions
    1. IP address - 0.0.0.0
  3. Result
    1. Number of IP addresses in the same subnet of the 16th magnitude : 2048. Nearest IP address that is allowed to perform the task, given the size of range in the IP subnet- 0.0.4.255
