List of the IP ranges

List of ranges - list of IP ranges, wich may be put in correspondence to one or another task. If the task is corresponded to any of the lists, this task will not be issued to IP performing, if the IP belongs to one of the ranges in the list of the «Black List» and will be issued to perform IP, only if it belongs to a list of ranges in the «whitelist».
