Privacy policy

General provisions.
1. Privacy policy sets how to treat the information and protection of persons using the service WaspAce (hereinafter - the «Service»).
2. The purpose of these Rules is to ensure the protection of users information, including their personal data, from unauthorized access and disclosure.
3. Relations associated with the collection, storage, dissemination and protection of information about users of the Service, governed by these Rules, by other official documents of the Service Administration and by the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
4. The current edition of the Rules, is a public document available to anyone on the Internet at http://docs.waspace.net/doku.php/ru/privacypolicy. Service Administration has the right to make changes to these Terms without notice.
5. In case of conflict between these Rules and other official documents of the Service are subject to the application of this Rules.
6. By registering and using the services of the Service, the User agrees to the terms of current Rules.
7. In case of disagreement with the terms of these Rules using of the Service must be terminated immediately.
The information processing purposes. Administration Service is processing information about users, including their personal data, if necessary, in order to provide the services for User.
Composition of user information
1. Personal data of users. Personal data of users includes:
  1. provided by users with the minimum necessary for account registration: e-mail address;
  2. additionally provided by the user data for the Service. Service Administration shall have the right in particular, ask the User to copy the identity document, or other document containing the name, photo of the user as well as other additional information which, at the discretion of the Service Administration , will be necessary and sufficient to identify such User and would eliminate the abuses and violations of the rights of third parties.
2. Other information about the user, processed by the Service Administration . Service administration processes also other information about the user, which includes data automatically obtained by using the Service.
Processing of information about users
1. Processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of principles:
  1. legality of purposes and means of processing personal data;
  2. accordance of the purposes of personal data to processing purposes, predetermined and stated in the collection of personal data, and the powers of the Service Administration;
  3. compliance of the volume and nature of the personal data, means of processing personal data to the purposes of processing personal data;
2. Storing and using data. User data is stored exclusively in electronic media and processed using automated systems, except when the non-automated processing of personal data is necessary.
3. Transfering of personal data. Personal User data are not passed to any third party, except as expressly provided by these Rules, including the the event of unauthorized use of services and software of the Service. Providing the users personal data on request of state bodies (local authorities) carried out in the manner prescribed by the law.
Measures to protect the information about Users.
1. Service administration takes technical and organizational and legal measures to ensure the protection of personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as other illegal actions.
2. To authorize access to the Service, the e-mail address and password of the User are required. Responsibility for the safety of this information shall be user. User has no right to transfer personal data to third parties, and has to take measures to ensure their privacy.
Limitation of Rules. These rules do not apply to actions and Internet resources of third parties. Service administration is not responsible for the actions of third parties, received, as a result of use of the Internet or the Service, the access to information about the User according to the selected level of the user privacy, for the consequences of using of information, which, due to the nature of the Service available to any Internet user. Service Administration recommends users to responsibly address the issue of the amount of information about yourself on the website.
