**IP uniqueness** -  specified time, during which the execution of task from the same IP-address could be only once. Period specified in minutes from 0 to 28800.

  - Surfer IP: 40.40.40.40
  - Time of executed task: today, 12:38 Moscow time
== Result ==
  - The next execution for surfer IP: tomorrow,  12:38 Moscow time or later.
== Additionally ==
Time of execution may be later than 1440 minutes, but not earlier.
