Static IP - IP address, the activity of which is fixed more than 2 calendar days in the period of 60 days (IIP must be used in the first and second day ). 
==== Properties ====
By default all IP service are dynamic in 24 to 48 hours depending on the time of fixation in the server.
==== Additionally ====
In the absence of a static IP activity within 60 calendar days in a row label of static reset for this IP.

    - Fixed IP - 70.44.123.25
  - Conditions
    - IP fixation time in the service 22.03.2014 23:06 (suppose, tuesday)
    - IP re-fixation  in the service  23.03.2014 13:40 (wednesday)
    - Next fixation of IP in the service  25.05.2014 13:40 (60 days have passed)
  - Result
    - 23.03.2014 (wednesday) - IP address is still dynamic
    - 24.03.2014 (thursday) -  IP address is considered as a static
    - 25.05.2014 (60 days have passed) - IP address is dynamic
